That´s normal log. These url, like any other url for a wordpress post or page, is not a file, and pagespeed can´t cache the url, so it tread to optimize with IPRO but no store it in their cache. Pagespeed can´t cache html. Pagespeed "remember" this for some time (short time) and tries to optimize again when the url is requested, so fires the message again.
