I would like to volunteer as the Release Manager for Apache Paimon Mosaic 0.1.0. This is my first time driving an ASF release, so I will proceed carefully and follow the ASF release policy and the project release guide. My next steps are: 1. Check release readiness, including CI status, license files, NOTICE/LICENSE, dependency license reports, and source package contents. 2. Confirm the required publishing permissions and release secrets for GitHub Actions, Apache Nexus, PyPI/TestPyPI, crates.io, and ASF dist SVN. 3. Prepare RC1 from the current apache/paimon-mosaic main branch if there are no release blockers. 4. Start a formal [VOTE] thread after the release candidate artifacts are ready. Please let me know if there are any blockers or concerns before I start preparing 0.1.0-rc1. Best, QuakeWang
