+1 (binding)

I've checked

- source SHA-512 and GPG signature
- signed tag and announced commit
- source/tag correspondence and source-only contents
- license headers and Rust dependency licenses
- Rust fmt, clippy, 407 tests, release build, and publish dry-run
- C, C++, Java/JNI, and Python tests on Ubuntu 24.04 x86_64
- Maven staging signatures, checksums, coordinate resolution, JAR
contents, and bundled JNI loader smoke test
- all four TestPyPI wheels, plus Linux x86_64 install and round trip

There is a small problem though. The NOTICE file in the signed source
contains "Copyright 2025 The Apache Software Foundation". Should be
2026.
