Verified Apache Paimon 2.1.0 and PyPaimon 2.1.0 RC4.
API compatibility is outside this vote's agreed verification scope.

Checks completed:
- Both signed source archives: GPG/RSA4096 and SHA-512 pass.
- Signed tag resolves to 3a5ffe7870697e2c2605e63413fb5ac5800aae7e.
- Archive files match the tag; release versions, LICENSE/NOTICE, and
RAT checks pass.
- Paimon source core reactor builds; 73 selected Java tests pass.
- PyPaimon source sdist/wheel build; 387 selected Python tests pass, 1 skipped,
and 10 Lance tests are deselected because that optional dependency is absent.
- Source-built wheel and exact TestPyPI 2.1.0rc4 both pass partitioned Parquet
  write/commit/read, null-handling, and predicate-filtering smoke tests.
- TestPyPI package contents match the source-built wheel except the expected
  RC version in _full_version.
- Nexus is closed/read-only; all 78 published modules have the required
  listed POM/JAR/source/signature/checksum files.
- Verified representative staged API and Flink 2 common JAR signatures,
checksums, legal resources, and class-file targets 52 and 55.
- Release workflow provenance matches RC4 and all packaging/publishing
jobs pass.

Platform: macOS 26.3.1 arm64, Corretto JDK 8u432, Maven 3.9.9,
Python 3.11.12, pytest 7.4.4. This was a focused verification, not a full
engine/Python/JDK test matrix. The staged Spark 4 class-file target and the
entire 1.9GB combined workflow repository image were not independently checked.
No confirmed release blocker was found within the agreed verification scope.

Best,
Jingsong
