If you file an infra ticket they can do a manual sync. This is also happening with the Drill repo I just found out. There are two recent tickets with individual requests for attention on lagging mirrors, but if this is happening for a number of repos it might be a system issue. I have left a comment on the thread for the second one which was re-opened recently.
