Support for date and time types is incomplete in the Arrow adapter -- after Arrow 0.3 comes out we'll want to push for a 1.1.0 release including more complete support. If anyone reading has the skills and time to help with Windows support (code-level and packaging toolchain), it would be much appreciated. We are only shipping on Linux and OS X - Wes
