Since PARQUET-323, INT96 is marked as deprecated.
In parquet-mr AvroSchemaConverter, the convertINT96 method throws an error
saying: "INT96 not yet implemented."
Is this likely to be implemented, since INT96 is deprecated? or can we remove
the "yet" and return a note of that.
