Review Comment:
   Does it make sense to use an enum instead of boolean to represent longest 
available vector support? Something like this:
   ```
   enum VectorSupport {
     NONE,
     VECTOR_128,
     VECTOR_256,
     VECTOR_512
   }
   ```
   This makes it more extensible.
