@emkornfield, I am not against re-adding such statistics to page headers if
it have benefits. Meanwhile, I would only expect filling values that are really
make sense and not redundant at the related level (page or column chunk). If a
value make sense for filtering then it should be added to the column index
instead of to the page header.
However from specification point of view it would not be strictly required
to describe the actual use case, it would be nice to do so at some place. WDYT?
