Infrastructure is one thing -- in which case DNS redirection solves the
problem.

But I could also imagine a general policy that says "Apache projects should
have their website be X.apache.org and not something else". ie even if
parquet.io was a CNAME for the apache web host, people might be unsatisfied.

I'm happy to ping the incubator list on the project's behalf
