I've added [PR #6|https://github.com/apache/incubator-parquet-format/pull/6]
with most of the changes required by the Incubator release checklist. We still
need to:
1. Determine how the last com.twitter release should be done -- probably using
Apache infrastructure.
2. Reconfigure the POM file for Apache release infrastructure (for 2.3.0 if not
2.2.0)
3. Get release managers' keys added to the KEYS file and signed by other RMs
For #3, we should sign keys at Monday's hangout?
