Good stuff! I did a quick comparison to PDFBOX-532 and agree with Mel (thanks
for the review!) that we should go with this patch. However, the PDFBOX-532
solution has the major advantage of coming with a test case! So I'll take the
best parts of both issues, the main code from here and the test from
PDFBOX-532. :-)
