Standalone PDFBox jar

It would be nice to have a standalone jar package that contains all the
dependencies needed to run PDFBox. Then you wouldn't need to explicitly collect
all the required dependencies and set up the classpath in order to run the
command line utilities, as a simple "java -jar pdfbox-app-1.2.0.jar" would be
enough.
