Done in revision 949702.
The license header checks can now be run by enabling the "pedantic" profile in
Maven:
maven clean install -Ppedantic
The checks are not run during the default build to avoid false positives due to
patches or other temporary files you may have lying around in your checkout.
I've enabled the pedantic profile in the PDFBox-trunk Hudson build, so the
license header checks will be automatically run whenever there are changes in
trunk.
