Yeah, I´m looking for a way to change the metadata when saving my pdf, but the system seems quiet close to this kind of attributes.

Your file seems to have multiple strips in which case the data would have to be decoded and re-encoded. And that doesn't seem to be supported right now. Maybe a tool like ImageMagick can change the TIFF for you to get it to work with PDFBox. I guess at some point, PDFBox may have to learn how to read arbitrary bitmap images (ex. using ImageIO) and encode them as an XObject. If I've seen it right, only JPEG and CCITT TIFF are supported right now.
