PDPage convertToImage generates white image with no contents

When converting a PDPage to an image where the mediaBox, cropBox, and trimBox
width/height are slightly larger than that of the PDDocument pageFormat
height/width, the resulting image appears blank. A warning message appears in
the log 'getRGBImage returned NULL'. The PDF is rendered fine.
