When viewing PDFs processed with PDFBox, Acrobat Reader / Foxit Reader show
logical page numbers. I guess PDFBox is somehow generating such logic page
numbers. However, the current "automatic" logic page numbering is not always as
expected/wished. So an API to change/set these logic page numbers would be
usefull.
