It's certainly not something that should hold up the release, but should we mark PDDocument.load(String, boolean) to be deprecated (see PDFBOX-813 for full explanation & context)? If we're going to make that change, it seems like it'd be good to do now so it'll be included in the 1.3.0 javadocs.
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PDFBOX-813 ---- Thanks, Adam From: Jukka Zitting <[email protected]> To: PDFBox Development <[email protected]> Date: 10/06/2010 02:48 Subject: PDFBox 1.3.0 release plan Hi, As discussed, I volunteered to cut the PDFBox 1.3.0 release. I'll be going through the issue tracker in more detail over the next week or so to check that everything looks good, but at a quick glance we seem to be pretty ready for the release. There are currently four unresolved issues tagged for 1.3.0, and only PDFBOX-775 seems serious enough to block the release. Please check your issues and tag them for 1.3.0 if you think they can and should be fixed in time for this release. Unless anything major comes up, I'm planning to cut the release candidate 1.5 weeks from now on Monday, Oct 18th. BR, Jukka Zitting ?
