While converting pages of some PDFs to JPEG images (an image for each page),
few components present in PDF (mostly images) goes missing from output images.
Other components are rendered correctly in JPEGs with exception of the missing
components. For example, in "cloud.pdf", image of author on page 1 of the PDF
is not present in its corresponding JPEG image.
