receipt2.pdf already works using the current trunk.
receipt.pdf uses a separation colorspace for the XObject which wasn't rendered
correctly. I fixed that in revision 1177010.
There was another issue within the FlateFilter, it uses the wrong bpc-value for
decompression. I fixed that in revision 1177011.
