Andreas Lehmkühler resolved PDFBOX-1160.

Resolution: Fixed
I added that function in revision 1198363.
Here are the details:
- added a new menuitem "Save as image"
- the current page is saved as png at a resolution of 300dpi
- the filename is a combination of the pdf filename, the pagenumner and ".png"
as extension
- I moved Jeremias code to save the BufferedImage from the PDFImageWriter class
to a new class ImageIOUtil
