The option forceParsing seems to work for me. Unfortunately the file causing
the problem contains confidential data. We receive the file from a third party,
so I don't know how it is created. I found the following information in the
properties:
Creator: Adobe InDesign CS3 (5.0.4)
Producer: Adobe PDF Library 8.0
PDF Version: PDF-1.4
