When reusing the SignatureInterface to add a document time-stamp (PAdES) to a
PDF, you have to change the signature dictionary type from "Sig" to
"DocTimeStamp" (or simply drop the Type) according to the ETSI TS 102 778-4
V1.1.2 specification. If doing so, the COSWriter is no longer capable of
detecting the signature location.
