Add support to set a start and/or end page when splitting a pdf

PDFSplit splits a pdf in portions of the same size. The size can be set using
the "split" parameter. The default value is 1.
If someone needs the last 8 pages of an 13 pages pdf, it can't be done with
PDFSplit.
