Lines will not be printed (correctly)

In case of PDF files that were created with FOP 1.0 and will be printed with
PDFBox, lines disappear or lines are smaller. PDF files that were created with
Adobe InDesign (e.g.) will be printed correctly.
The problem seems to appear only on Mac OS X.
