Added PDF displaying the issue.
In our testing the problem occurs on both Linux and Windows but not on Mac.
Using an openjdk version of the jvm resolves the crash problem but the font is
not correct and some characters are not displayed correctly.
Using the latest 1.6 jdk available for the Mac results in the best
representation of the pdf in question.
