Andreas Lehmkühler resolved PDFBOX-1349.

Resolution: Fixed
I added the patch in revision 1358739 and 1358740 as proposed with some slight
modifications. I set both classes in org.apache.fontbox.encoding to deprecated
as they are no longer needed.
