I tried the proposed patch but it doesn't work with the attached pdf. I'm using
the levigo jbig2 imageIO plugin. It supports JBIG2Globals but I'm afraid this
support is limited to native usage and isn't available when used as ImageIO
plugin. But even if I use it native it doesn't work.
