Andreas Lehmkühler resolved PDFBOX-1067.
----------------------------------------

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: 1.8.0
         Assignee: Andreas Lehmkühler

I applied the patch in revision 1410893 as proposed.

I'm still experiencing some issues if I use the PDFReader, but this is directly
related to this issue. Everthings works fine using the PDFToImage util.

To make it clear: One has to include an optional JBIG2 ImageIO plugin to get
this to work. http://code.google.com/p/jbig2-imageio/ provides one which is
known to be working.

Thanks for the contribution!

> The file "ItDoesntWorkScan.pdf" renders to an empty
> black page. This file is a copy of "ItDoesntWorkPrinted.pdf"
> that has been printed on paper, and then scanned with
> a Xerox WorkCentre 5030 scanner, which then emails a pdf file
> back to the user.
> Tested On:
> - Mac OS 10.6
> - Windows 7
> - Ubuntu 10.10
> Unfortunately, the WorkCentre 5030 doesn't appear to have
> many user-settable options for scanning to PDF, so we weren't
> really able to try scanning with settings other than the defaults.
> Will attach pdf and code to demonstrate.
