I added a new command line tool providing as proposed by Balasz Jerk in
revision 1444565.
The main features/improvement are:
- instead of merging the pdf it is added as BBox (avoids any merge issues)
- different options how to add the overlay (first page, last page, even, odd,
specific ...)
- the overlayed pdfscan be placed in the foreground or the background
- the non sequential parser is available to load the source pdfs
