The getPageFormat method shall calculate the size of the page to be printed
instead of the size of the page to be printed to.
I fixed the printing issue in revision 1452035 and I changed the PDFReader and
the PrintPDF class to use the PDPageable class instead of the print methods in
PDDocument/PDPage.
