The xmpbox and the preflight maven module shall be rearranged similar to the
other parts of PDFBox. I'd like to do the following:
- create one jar for both maven modules limited to the stuff of those packages
(nothing to do for xmpbox)
- create a new module similar to the app module, providing a standalone jar to
be used for preflight
