I have removed the patch attachment. The latest version of the code now lives
at https://github.com/GlenKPeterson/PdfLayoutManager
I am still eager to see this become a part of PDFBox, but in the meantime, I
want to make it available to people and have it in source control so that I'm
not updating this ticket over and over again with new patches.
