I improved the calcualtion of the Limits values in revision 1454877 based on
Dominics proposal. I lend another idea of Dominic (see PDFBOX-1384) and added a
parent reference to PDNameTreeNode to simplify the calculation of the Limits.
Furthermore I added the NameTreeNode and the NumberTreeNode test cases to our
test suite and updated the NameTreeNode according the pdf specs.
