PDFBox is able to extract text in many configurations including non latin
character sets like russian, japanese, chinese etc. There are some occasions
where it still doesn't work because either PDFBox still doesn't support a
special kind of mapping or the pdf doesn't provide any readable mapping. There
is no need to do a mapping following some own made rules.
