Hi,
thx for providing this improvement.
The interface changes that comes with BouncyCastle will break old
implementations. Each application that try to parse encrypted documents and
using bouncy castle for his own software, wouldn't work any more.
So I think this would be an improvement for the 2.0.0 release of the pdfbox.
