New PDFBox 1.8.2 bugfix release

Hi,

I'd like to cut a new bugfix release as we already fixed several bugs.

I'm planning to include all issues marked with 1.8.2 as "Fix version".

If no one objects I'll start to cut the release next monday or tuesday.
