Thanks for the contribution, but I'm afraid your patch won't be applied as It
breaks the WinAnsiEncoding. We must not change the mapping defined in the PDF
specs.
I'm working on an improved rendering for type1C/CFF fonts and I'm sure that we
will find a suitable fix for this issue as well.
