I get an almost perfect result except for the spaces (see attachment), which
appears as a rectangle. I'm using the current trunk, plus some changes by me
and by others that haven't been committed.
The rectangle is 0240, which leads me to wonder whether it is related to the
patch mentioned in PDFBOX-1713 which says that 0240 should be a space in
WinAnsiEncoding.
