I can't reproduce the described issue. But I found a regression with an indexed
color space which was introduced with PDFBOX-1468 (the colors of the image on
the first page are mixed up)
The COSString representing the indexed color values wasn't decrypted as it is
part of an COSArray.
I fixed that in revision 1530018.
