MH commented on PDFBOX-830:
---------------------------
This problem is severe as such PDFs make problems when printing! By default
Adobe Reader has enabled "Logical Page numbers". If such a PDF is now printed
from Reader, the range of page numbers of the print dialog (!) is considered to
be the logic page numbers!!! When we switch off the Adobe Reader setting to use
locigal numbers, the print dialog previews and prints the correct pages.
There should be an API to switch off those logical page numbers.

> When viewing PDFs processed with PDFBox, Acrobat Reader / Foxit Reader show
> logical page numbers. I guess PDFBox is somehow generating such logic page
> numbers. However, the current "automatic" logic page numbering is not always
> as expected/wished. So an API to change/set these logic page numbers would be
> usefull.
