Basically, this would be a handy way of getting or setting the (int) value of
the MaxLen property, which represents the maximum number of characters a text
field can contain (documented in table 229 of PDF 32000-1:2008). Also, it would
be nice if "MaxLen" could be added as a constant to COSName to facilitate this.
