Thank you [~vbokov] for fixing this.
I had to adjust the test to -Xmx700m on our CI. It worked with -Xmx600m on my
Windows machine. I had a chat with copilot about the test and it warned against
fixed Xmx values and predicted the problems we got. The test is disabled for
normal builds because it's very slow. It can be enabled with {{-DTestOOM=true}}.
