Our content stream ({{PDPageContentStreamExt}}) is a standalone class and
doesn't extend {{PDAbstractContentStream}}.
So in {{setFont}} it has to register subset fonts itself, the same way PDFBox's
own streams do.
Without this, embedded fonts are never subset.
