TODO: The MCID check in checkWithNumberTree() from PDFBOX-5974 fails with this
file because the marked content extractor also extracts the MCIDs from the form
xObjects, so there may be higher MCIDs than the amount expected from the entry
in the /ParentTree for the page. We need to find a way to pass the current
StructParent key to the marked content extractor. This is not a requirement for
this change, but would be useful to improve the check so that it can include
this type of files.
