The regression tests for PDFToImage are currently disabled because different
JVMs produce different output because of their different implementations of AWT.
We should investigate if these AWT differences are caused by:
1. PNG encoding
2. Type 1 font rendering
3. anti-aliasing
4. line/curve drawing
If the answer is anything except 4 then there will be a relatively easy fix.
