They are blank for me too. You might want to open a new issue on that one
because it is different than your initial problem, and new issue is more likely
to find readers.
I get a warning "org.apache.pdfbox.util.operator.pagedrawer.Invoke:71 - Can't
find the XObject for 'Xf1'". Someone else will hopefully find out more. I
noticed that this Xobject appears twice in the "tree".
