It's suspiciously easy! I'm guessing that if the font is not embedded then the
MM font would be parsed f it were found locally. But that's not something we
really need to support, lucky us.
I'm all in favour of PDMMType1Font being a subclass of PDType1Font, that
should be compatible with 1.8.x too.
