PDDocument provide the method getSignatureDictionaries(), which return all
signatures. The signature search is based on the AcroForm Fields. So the
signature filed from multiple signed documents will be shown correct.
If not, maybe the document is broken. I will close this one, because I is
really old and there is no document attached with which i can reproduce your
problem.
