Resolution: Won't Fix
Closing because this patch is GPL and therefore not allowed. I think the
underlying issue may have since been resolved but without any sample PDFs there
is little point in keeping this issue open.
Feel free to open a new issue with example PDFs if this problem is encountered
in the future.
